I recently heard via the rumor mill that ADA has been recently modified to adapt to LE Pre-Employment Polygraph testing. In other words, they may now allow certain limited questions regarding drug use in the pre-job offer stage. Has anyone heard anything about this?

You may be thinking of this issue: You can ask "Have you ever done illegal drugs?" at the pre-offer stage, but you can't ask "How many times have you done illegal drugs?" until after the offer because the answer to that could reveal a disability (i.e., drug addiction).
